2012 first year in the SEC with Johnny

This.

We had heard nothing but how bad moving to the SEC would be for us..."sliver of East Texas", would get pwned week in and week out, never relevant again, yada yada yada.

We lost the opener to Florida and then dropped a game to LSU and the drumbeat was never louder. Ha Ha Ha look at dumb Aggy.

Then Manziel started Manzieling with Evans and Co. and all hell broke loose in Tuscaloosa.

It was also the single worst day for tu since Jackie Sherril's days of pissing on their rugs and rubbing their tea sipping noses in it.

J f'ing Football then won the Heisman; tu ducked us and sent zero U to get rolled in the Cotton Bowl.

Alabama won the Natty that year, but by the end of that season I was thoroughly convinced we were the best team in the country.

I'm really fond of 1985, giving Bama their only SEC loss of the season and going from their to win the conference title.

I just graduated and we had about 20 people over in our small arse apartment going nuts after the interception on the goal line.

Who throws the ball from the one yard line with Eddie Lacey at RB and 5 future NFL OL? And even then, Bama had a chance until someone jumped off sides while A&M was getting ready to punt from inside their own 20 near the end of the game. Still, Aggies were outstanding and took it to us in that game going up 21-0 in the first quarter.

They were outstanding no doubt but had a nice consolation beating the shite of OU in the bowl game.

So what is it? Is beating a Saban led Bama team more sweeter than a Bear led Bama team?

For me, the three wins on the way to national titles in '03, '07 and '19 stand out. All three were won at Alabama and were stepping stones to championships.

Yeah if LSU is gonna win the game, it's usually in Tuscaloosa. I do remember Saban beating one of Shula's teams senseless in Baton Rouge. I think the final was 27-3 and Saban was furious because his defense let Alabama have a late drive to kick a field goal and avoid the shutout.

Calzada and Spiller rain a train on Bama. Give them boys some credit. Sore losers just like when Clemson destroyed y’all and Tua kept saying we beat ourselves. No the better team won.

Yeah 42-35 with Alabama having the final possession. Is that kind of like 52-24 with Bama taking the mercy knee? LOL

2019. Walking to take a piss in Bryant Denny at halftime up 33-13 and seeing the shock on bama fans faces was priceless.

Ditto even to the point of the fan reactions going to the mens room at the half…

2011 in-season obviously
2010 was pretty satisfying
2007 was an exciting win

And I thought 2005 was pretty fricking good too against Shula
