I would hope that the NCG would be Alabama vs Ohio State, given that Clemson had to split their team to take the other two on in the semis
Your second team is just that good.

1. Bama (13-0): Beats UGA in SECCG, with then 7 wins over ranked opponents.
2. Clemson (13-0): Only one other ranked ACC team at season’s end, thus placing Bama at #1.
3. UGA (12-1): Loss to Bama in SECCG.
4. LSU (11-1): Loss to Bama in regular season.
UT is losing to LSU, hence Tigers get the tie-breaker.
OU loses to UT, giving LSU the nod by way of the transitional property of wins.
Ohio State beats Michigan, but then predictably loses to (fill in the blank mediocre B10 team).
Washington and Oregon are in the PAC 12. Lol.
UCF goes 13-0, then gets stomped by 10-2 UF in a bowl game.
A&M is the first 9-4 team (with their bowl win) to be ranked in the top 10 at season’s end.

I disabled my adblocker to read that article and all it was, was a writer crying because his favorite teams aren't on top right now.

Hate to be a killjoy before the season’s first SEC video review in Birmingham enrages LSU fans, but college football is starting to feel more and more like window dressing for a few lucky universities, and less and less like an actual competitive sport.
I laughed.
