If you are going to pay 2.3M it shouldn't be too hard. Give the a good buyout and don't let O make the call. You better get this one right because from here forward the clock is ticking on O and no one wants to join a sinking ship

Don’t know enough of them to list 10 but I know I wouldn’t want any other DC than the one we got in College Station.

No coach out there I would want more than Brent Venables. He lives to scheme and shut down offenses and is the best at it.
