Their schedule is garbage. No ranked wins and a loss to USC. Why are they #7?

Loss to USC without there best player. Not making an argument for them just stating if the committee takes that into consideration that could be it.

I’ve thought about this some. The best way I can explain it is that they pass the eye test. And if Oregon happened to beat them in the PAC12CG, I think they have an argument to get in anyway..

Not really. A lot of it is politics, geography and TV ratings. We all knew Bama would miss out eventually. What must sting is knowing your coach sucks, you haven’t sniffed a NC in 6 seasons, have NEVER been in the playoffs and have lost at least 4 games 5 years in a row, and it might be 6.
