I think that is what separates a coach like Skip from a coach like Cohen. Skip would absolutely demand the best from you in a build you up kind of way and out of the public eye. Cohen just goes nuts at times and puts unnecessary pressure on his players when the more "subtle" approach would be better.

I knew someone who transferred from Kentucky to Delta State when Cohen was still at Kentucky. He said Kinnison could be an a-hole but he couldn't hold a candle to Cohen. He said Cohen was abusive.

Kinnison is an a-hole but can control his emotions. Cohen is just batshit insane and that's why State plays so damn tight all the time. He was loose 3 years ago when State made that run and for some reason after the season, he went back to being a tight arse

As long as he makes postseason play you can't fire him and I see MSU being a dangerous 2 seed in a Regional... Just my two cents.


We're talking about a guy that had the best finish in MSU baseball history in June of 2013... He also has an SEC Tournament title in his back pocket... He just brought a monster of a recruiting class to campus as well... I could go on but I'll stop... You don't just up and fire a guy like that if he makes it to the postseason.

I don't think anyone believes he would be fired if we get to the post season. With all the talent that we allegedly have though and a finish like last year where we even miss the SEC tourney could and probably should do him in.

So we are worried about using his name, but not so worried that we wouldn't make it easy to know exactly who he is? Nice work, gumshoes.

Why don't you just say it was Brooks Lewis who thinks Cohen is a dick and wouldn't have gone to State if it weren't for Polk?

I mean there was a reason why Polk pitched such a fit about the hiring of Cohen.
