At this point yes and without hesitation. Not close culturally or geographically obviously but its all about the money. ND is ACC or Big 10 bound though IF they ever join a conference and IF the ACC hangs around long enough for it to happen. ND would be a fool to joing a conference at the moment but I suspect that is changing fast....

You are either the strangest troll on the internet or have the weirdest obsession with conferences and realignment that I've ever seen.

Either way, you suck. Go away.

Should ND join the B1G it's TV revenue will leave the SEC's TV revenue in its rear view mirror, but hey, let's just keep fighting the Civil War like it's 1861.

Not to mention look at what's left on the table(teams not in sec/big) there's probably two teams ND unc, that would bring big money to the sec. The big would score huge dollars with miami clem fsu unc ND. The big had much more to gain than the sec in expansion. I think the sec needs to hope expansion is over until tex/ou eyeballs can be properly rated and shop to other networks instead of espn exclusively. The big ten is unfortunately calling the shots rn. Alot of this is on Sankey. He's losing the race with a faster car

Sure. Just so we can keep watching Bama pulverize them every year.

They can't join any conference unless they get full control.

Exactly. Most of us won't admit it but the Big 10 is cleaning the SECs clock currently....manage to land the whale that is ND and the SEC will be playing catchup forever. Money has ALWAYS mattered but it is all that matters right now.

Thats why I think they may join the ACC if they join any conference. The ACC is on the ropes...it will accept ANY sort of life preserver....ND, could, if they wanted to join a conference (they do not currently but thats a dynamic situation) they could dictate far better terms with the ACC than either the SEC or the Big10 and be the big dog all alone in the conference instead of sharing the spotlight with 3 or more others.

You’re right. We had to trade out going to Tuscaloosa for Vandy.
