Might want to save some of that cash for when the SEC checks stop rolling in and you’re back in a conference with Baylor and Rice.

I wouldn’t be talking shite as a Miss State fan, y’all would be just as likely to be joining a conference with Baylor and Rice.

I think he's too ingrained in the culture at this point.
-The $100M renovations to the stadium that he's played a huge part in designing (Ready by next season)
-The willingness to make him one of the highest paid coaches in the country
-The instate recruiting
-Knoxville being one of the best campus cities in the Conference for College & quality of life in general
-Working for one of the best Athletic Directors in the country with whom he has a great relationship with
I'm not saying it's impossible, but I think if another program were to grab him they should have done it early on before he started winning at this level and the University going all in on Baseball. This is his program and he's unequivocally the fan favorite out of the Big 3 coaches on campus right now which is unheard of at UT for a baseball coach.

It’s a glass trailer. We can see what y’all do in there.

This is the real answer why he may not.
Coaches often leave sports that aren’t football/basketball because they ask for the moon and the AD doesn’t give everything because they’re too focused financially and time wise on the big revenue sports. But in Tony’s case the Tennessee AD has gone all in with him and what he’s asked for.
That’s a huge deal for coaches. Could he leave for Arkansas? Sure. Definitely possible. But the Tennessee AD made the bar much higher for him to move.

I could see him actually leaving UT for UTa

Agree with your entire take. More than anything it highlights how critical it is to have the right AD in place. Something we struggled with for years prior to White getting hired
