You’re never going to win a championship at Arkansas. Seems like the AD won’t ever commit to NIL. But if you brought in a service academy coach and ran a triple option offense you’d probably average between 5-7 to 8-4 seasons.

Which is way better than having the worst record in this conference since the expansion in 2012. (.408) win percentage.

I for one think it sucks Arkansas has fallen off a cliff. Would your fans be open to a service academy approach ?

Correction: Arkansas is now 72-108 (.4) since 2012.

I think Indiana kind of disproves this, as unlikely as it is it's certainly possible for a historically bad program to strike gold and win a natty

Indiana is a lot more organized than Arkansas and Arkansas doesn't have a single billionaire donating to football like they do.

Indiana has also one of the largest alumni bases in the nation.

Arkansas is on the smaller side and the NIL collective is absolutely terrible.

Indiana is #1 in living alumni, but they include the entire IU system in the number.

They have over 800,000 compared to Arkansas at 180,000.

The situations are night and day.

I would be worried about when will Florida be good again.

Maybe they should bring some games back to War Memorial.

Their fans deserve at least some sort of effort and/or creativity signaling the program wants to jump/start back to relevancy…

Is it a coincidence they scored their only touchdown while the headsets were down and there was no communication with the OC?

A friend and I were having the same discussion yesterday, don't know if they would win a bunch of games but they would make life miserable for everyone else, most DC's these days have never had to defend the triple option.

Not the wishbone, but we do need a new AD… heck maybe even a new board of trustees. The current donkeys just don’t get it, we need more than cheerleaders in leadership positions for us to be successful. They need to be innovative and solve real problems. Right now we are behind in everything, always late to the table when things change in the sport.

With that said I would love to see a power running game come back, maybe I formation dominate. We have to do something different because I don’t think we win trying to copy everybody else.

I’d be more worried talking shite as a fan when my program has never sniffed a national title.

We could disband the football program tomorrow and in 100 years still have more national titles than mizzou but nice dig and surely you guys have an SEC title with your confidence, no?
