I don't know, but someone's trying to emulate ol' stark. I'll allow it.

Btw, OP,

College Station is barely even a town. It's a suburb in the middle of nowhere

College Station has everything you want in a college town. Campus is not located in a shite hole. The town revolves around Texas A&M.

Decent bar scene right across the street from campus.

Golf Course on campus. Another one in Bryan not even 15 mins away.

Its location makes it 2-3 hours from Dallas, Austin, and Houston.

Like an hour away from Lake Conroe to wakeboard/tubing.

Aesthetically not that pleasing, but it gets the job done for your time in college.

Lubbock begs to differ. So does Waco.

Starkville isn't too bad but it feels like the school is too far removed from any businesses. There isn't anything comparable to the Strip and I didn't even know there was a downtown area until my third trip there

If you like towns with just a blinking light, then College Station is for you.

Stop. There are 200,000 people in the B/CS area and growing quickly. It’s not huge, but is more than a blinking light

Starkville is a shite hole and it's always hilarious to see State fans try and defend it.

Which one has neighborhoods actively trying to secede from it due to corruption and out of control crime?

Because it's probably that one.

For some reason the elected powers that be in Starkville hate State, a truly dumbass idea, the “city” of Starkville would be a smaller shittier noxapater if the school wasn’t there.
