Not gonna lie, Tennessee fans makes the song extremely obnoxious, but it really is a good fight song. Lot of college football

Boomer Sooner as a fight song is a cheap ripoff of Boola Boola, Yale's old song. So OU has reduced itself to high school level copying old college songs.

I know what you mean about the LSU Pregame song being a recognizable favorite that is not the actual Fight Song.
For a lot of Aggies, that song would be The Noble Men of Kyle.

I thought it strange that you listed Hey Fighting Tigers as an old school favorite and I remember it as taken from a Broadway show “Wildcat”. The original song was“Hey Look Me Over”, but then I am celebrating my 78th birthday today.
