Softball is great, but I prefer women's volleyball personally. I don't see much difference in the athleticism of women vs men in volleyball, but find the difference much more noticeable on the basketball court or on the diamond.

Women don't look as goofy when they make mistakes in softball or volleyball like they do in basketball. Basketball just looks ugly as hell.

What about tennis. Y’all have some elite tennis programs at Texas. Men and women. Men always top 5 recently.

Kavan is very even-keeled. Which is nice to see as opposed to so many who go crazy after 1 strikeout

We have one of the best female athletic programs in the country, but I never watched any of the other sports besides the Big 3.

If I'd known that about her grandma I might have actually cheered for Texas for once. Considering that, she put on a Favre-like performance. Masterclass in putting out those last two batters.

I was just thinking about how I felt when my grandma died. I hope she is okay when she gets back to the locker room.

Yeah other women’s sports need to take a look at softball. Softball never seems slow. It highlights the ability of the women rather than swamping it or making them look less than.

Women’s volleyball and tennis also do a good job of that, because there are positives to those sports being less power oriented than the men’s versions.

Women’s basketball and soccer are the worst at displaying their abilities. The field/court in both of those sports just make them look a lot slower and less skilled than men.

The men have been awesome. I think they've made 5 of the last 6 final 4s, but only 1 title. Them losing a heartbreaker in the finals last year to TCU is one of my personal top 5 most heartbreaking losses as a fan.

Women are pretty good, but they're not what they used to be and probably weren't "SEC ready" like the other sports. Coach has won two national titles, though

OU always seems to drop 1. Beating them twice at home is hard to do.

They will still win it all. They will run rule Oregon. They have the easy bracket to make it back

OU women's sports are good too. Basketball on the rise and the #1 player and 5 McDonalds All Americans next year. Softball and Gymnastics speak for themselves.
