I tried pointing out the NCAA only recognized 1 for Ole Miss but Apparently it only has to be organized by an AP outlet so that was the criteria I used

OM was co-west champs, so by the transitive property OM was national champs. Hang the banner because it's now official!

I guess this is the part I point out that USC was also the AP champion in 1962 so that means they were the 1962 Champs

Does it matter.....we still have 6 titles.....if roids had that much influence (and thats a big if)...all teams had the same opportunity to seize that advantage before it was more closely regulated. Long story short....move on, it is not changing anything
