With the way Bill O'Brien has his current QB looking you should know the problem was Bryce

I was the first to say on the Bama board that Bryce was overrated and needed to stay in school. Now, his career is imperiled. Now BOB has a QB who can pass the ball but most importantly isn't scared to run the ball. BC is now a surprise team this season.

Bryce being scared to run prevented the offense from being dynamic. Offense was pedestrian with Gibbs in the backfield!

BoB calls plays like a kid playing Madden.

I think the majority of what Bryce did was done after the play broke down.

Yeah, you know how creative Bill O’Brien was. He was able to scheme receivers open and make Bryce’s job super easy. BOB always drew up the right play at the right time.

Oh wait, he didn’t do any of that.

No doubt, that dude sucked. He won a Heisman and was a #1 pick. Regardless of what he does in the NFL, to say he was “the problem” in college may be the stupidest thing ever typed here. And that is a very high bar.

BOB is an Ivy League educated and well regarded football head coach. To think you know more about him or even attempt to denigrate his expertise for a never-was QB just shows you're a damn fool.

Bryce is the biggest benefactor of Saban's greatness than any of his previous players at any of Saban's stops. The kid was a GOOD college QB but he never should've won a Heisman nor should he have been the #1 pick. He only got those things b/c he was Saban's QB.

Heisman is based on what they do in college, not their NFL career.

The team that picked him #1 is the one who gets the consequences, so what the frick does it matter?

How much more can you improve than being the #1 pick? If he is truly a bust, then he made the best decision possible to land the largest guaranteed rookie deal before anyone figured out he wasn't an elite QB.

Lol who should’ve won the Heisman? He had like 45 TDs and 4 interceptions and put 41 points on the best defense in the country that year in the SEC championship. The only QB who had close to his stats was Pitt’s QB and he went 10-3.

What an idiot. Young passed for more yards in 2021 than any qb in the nation except Zappe at WKU, won a Heisman Trophy, an SEC title, and took his team to the national title game in spite of the p.o.s offensive coordinator.

You sure do hate Bryce Young and Nick Saban. You hate all Alabama quarterbacks. But you love Bill O’Brien.

Very strange for an Alabama fan.

All of the problems Bryce is showing in the NFL were grossly evident against any defense with an athletic front in college..y'all just wanted to ignore it in his sophomore year because Jameson was covering for him, and the next year y'all blamed the entire team for his deficiencies.
