That's funny. The last SEC opponent to visit the little apple happened to be Nick Marshall led Auburn. They barely escaped with a win which came about on several K-State errors.

Yep, that wasn't that long agp. Maybe 8 years? I remember that game. Auburn was not a bad team either that year and you right, K-State should have won that game.

It was 2014 and Auburn was ranked #5 in the nation. It wasn't supposed to be much of a game according to the "experts" because Auburn had superior talent and depth and the kit-kats wouldn't be able to hang.

K-State threw a pick in Auburn's EZ and missed a couple of FGs. Auburn won 20-14. That's how close that game really was.

An Oklahoma fan dickriding Kansas State. If you visit tRant enough, you eventually see it all.

State will be a TD or better favorite in that game and they will cover. We play defense in the SEC.

State fan talking like they're an SEC superpower now.

I'm not dick riding K-State. I just know them much better than you do.

He ain'r dick riding anything. He is spot on what he says. Learn some football outside of the Sec. K-State is a dangerous team and have knocked off more top 15 teams than we have.

You guys will destroy KSU and I'm saying that as someone who will be in the stands in Purple (LSU attire) with all K-State fans. They do terribly early season vs non-conference Power 5's. Auburn 2014 was a fantastic game that by all intensive purposes, KSU should have won. This team is not 2014 KSU. That team had so many seniors and so much leadership vs this KSU team.

I think some of our fans are in college still and don't know history or anything much about other programs. As someome posted on another board, we went decades without an AD who gave two shits before a change was made.

Since then, we've had several good ones in recent years with John Cohen (a true MSU guy) taking over. In just the last 6 years we've played for a natty in baseball and got close again last year. We have played back to back natty in womens hoops, something we sucked at for 100 years. Our football program is growing and no longer the bottom of the barrel. This year will see Ben Howland competing in basketball again.

I think Moorhead was an excellent hire and he will win at MSU but it won't happen over night. If you are not worried about who K-State is then you should not chime in. Snyder is one of the best college football coaches out there and if he coached a team that recruited top 20 talent he'd destroy a lot of people.

MSU is fricked. K-State and the purple wizard are not going to allow an overrated Mississippi school to punk them in their house.

K-State is underrated and always puts up a fight, especially against OOC opponents. Just ask Aggie on their recent loss. The Dawgs will be out of their comfort zone and north of the Red River. I see K-State imposing their will on an overrated SEC school.

I get it. Y'all put a nice squad together down there with some good ball players after years of frustration.
Iowa State has done the same and those mild mannered Cyclone fans are getting a little chirpy too.

MSU is so good he will not be needed. MSU is the strongest most hyped team I've ever seen that hasn't done anything but feast on an embarrassing ooc schedule year after year. Therefore win 2 conference games and your in like flynn

Fitz will be the starter @KSU, because if KT goes then he went off against SFA @ home, which is meaningless.

They are picked sixth in a top-heavy conference that is much worse than the one we play in. Their "top 15" victories are over teams like Oklahoma State, not Auburn.

I know football just fine - fine enough to know that if we're as good as our coaching staff thinks we are, we shouldn't have a problem with Kansas State. If we do, I'd worry about the rest of the season. We will have five or six games against teams better than them later in the season.

We need to make sure to troll their board like Arkansas did in 2012 come game week. They like to troll as much as any message boarder over there

Keytoan will look like an NFL QB against SFA. I expect our walk on to play some as well. Fitz will come out guns blazing against KSU. We will cover whatever the line is all year long.
