And Auburn still can’t beat Alabama.

Unless they win the National Championship they’ll have 8 losses and no championships in 2 seasons since that thread was started.
Alabama didn't win a national championship in Saban's final two seasons either.

That one hurts. He’s already the top player in the portal. Auburn is going to have to add lots of players in this upcoming portal.

He won an SEC Championship and definitely didn’t have 8 losses in two years.
Maybe 8 losses in five or six years.

To be fair, Auburn hasn't declined either! They are right where they were at the end of the 2023 as well..........losing season, no real signs of hope.

So Alabama didn't lose 8 games in Saban's first two seasons?
Alabama went 19-8 in Saban's first two seasons.
Alabama is 20-7 in DeBoer's.

We were talking about Saban’s last two years at alabama where he won an SEC Championship and didn’t have 8 losses.
Then DeBose came around is already up to back to back 3 loss seasons with no titles.
That’s hilarious, though, pretending that Saban’s 2007 Shula roster is in the same galaxy as DeBose’s 2024 Saban roster.

Even with the decline that roster isn’t in the same galaxy as 2007. That’s not even worthy of discussion.

Deboer has as many losses in two seasons at Alabama as Harsin had in his first season at Auburn. Or his second season at Auburn. Or Freeze’s first season at Auburn. Or his second season at Auburn. Or his third season at Auburn.

Yea we know - which is what we told you idiots in that thread. Not to mention the whole "Husky Harsin" recruiting quip.
Good times!

Ole Miss is losing Stribling, Wallace and Wright. We have some cap space. I believe we're kicking the tires with Eugene Wilson as well.

So your "gotcha" moment is that Alabama isn't as good as they were when the greatest coach in the history of the sport was still running the team? Wow, what other bold predictions do you want to throw out there, Nostradumbass? I believe all Alabama fans would understand and agree with that statement, while also saying that we are pretty comfortable with the level that it appears DeBoer is going to have the program at going forward.
But you're being intellectually dishonest here and you know it. You were wanting to dance on Alabama's grave believing that we would implode once Saban retired. By "tDecline" you meant a total collapse, not a slight regression from clear-cut best team in the country to one of the 6 or 7 best teams in the country.

Simmons and/or Thompson will end up at Alabama.
