I thought State was the softest team AU played the last two years. I do not see much of an improvement this year. At least Mullen had teams guessing some.

Thanks...you may as well give us the trophy. You are by far the poster on this site easiest to bet against and find success.

This just feels like one of those years where LSU beats Auburn, State, A&M, Ole Miss, and then loses to Arkansas to not win the west for the 67th time in a row. It's bama, let's not all get too drunk on hope here. Arguing over 2nd through 5th is silly.

False.

Auburn’s biggest potential problem will be offensive line.

The main problem with Auburn, is they suck away from Jordan-Hare
Not that I disagree, and I do, but Auburn lost @ Clemson, @ Atlanta (Georgia), @ LSU and @ Atlanta (UCF). 3 of the 4 were against top 5 teams. Auburn was definitely not as good when they were away, but they didn’t suck.

They dominated Missouri away, as well as Texas A&M and Arkansas.

If we didn't have both UGA and Bama on the road then I would feel better about contending.

Can’t remeber anyone complaining about having both at home last year. Did I miss those posts?

Alabama also lost the best defensive coach in the country though, who is now the head coach in Knoxville. The Germy dynasty is coming soon.

Stop me if you’ve heard this one before...

I don't know why this post has so many downvotes. It's one of the few things you've ever said about Auburn football that I agree with.

Stidham folded under pressure. That is why Georgia blitzed up the middle on every possible passing down in the SEC championship. He had a couple of plays that would have gone for big yardage if he didn’t short arm the pass. It is more than having a line. It is having the ability to make a play with pressure in your face. He has yet to demonstrate that he does

There's three factors at play here.

1. I'm BowlJackson

2. People are followers, this theory has been tested and proved in regards to upvote/downvotes.

3. You're not allowed to say anything positive about Auburn on tRant.

That doesn't make sense. Why would Georgia or Alabama complain about having to travel to Auburn the same year that another team had to?

The reason why you blitzed up the middle is because our best pass blocking running back had a shoulder that was torn apart. He could barely holf on the football. Give the frat-douche-devil his due, but it had nothing to do with Stidham.

The offensive line also has to gel and prove itself. They were ok, but not great last year, we lost 2 or 3 starters depending on how you look at it.

Or 4. But yes, the Oline is a big key for Auburn.

In Auburn's projected depth char going into 2018 season the following did not start for Auburn:

Troxell
Kim
Wanaghoho (May have started a couple of games? due to injury or ineffectiveness of the starter)
Ashley

You also brought in a GT hoping he can shore up a tackle spot.
