The NCAA has literally said the leaked stuff can't be used to bring allegations unless it was introduced as evidence in a trial and made public.

You guys let me know when you figure out what the word "leaked" means in terms of things that exist or not.
Also let me know when you guys figure out that the reason why the NCAA only issued this stuff this week is because the government asked them to do. AKA, the government is in cooperation with them, thus the reason why there are 6 schools about to be named.

I was not referring to that quote. Obviously I was referring to the link you provided that referenced Yahoo. Glenn Guilbeau is pretty much a clickbait "journalist" as well.
