I look forward to seeing your Oline... They really seemed to gel towards the end of the season

We had nothing to play for and came out flat and still beat yall.

It amazes me that you think 3 true freshman will make you that much better.

Oh yea that o line was full of freshman that now have a year of experience.....but disregard facts it seems to be the M.O. in Oxford.

Thank God all we played last year was seniors. fricking idiot. Add to the fact that ya'll lost a ton of guys to the draft and that we actually have a recruiting class that will have probably 4 or 5 guys contribute significantly means that this game should be a good one. I'm sure the excuse will be that "yall come out flat again" after our game this year. I can't believe that I am dropping to your level.

frick it. I hope you keep your current attitude and level of ignorance. It will make it that much funnier come this fall...

LSU and BAMA get those recruiting classes every year.

Your BANNER year, Bama and LSU at the very least equaled you in recruiting, plus have guys that RSd, or played last year that wee just as talented.

I don't understand how OM fans think they've closed the talent gap with 1 class. The program is still 2 classes away from actually doing that.

OM was good last year, and I rooted for them in a lot of games, but OMs first goal next season should be to win every game other than the 3 in this thread. That would be a great season. Sneak in another and its a fantastic season.

SPECIAL TEAMS???? Really? Really? That's your reply?

What about all those three and outs by the rebel offense? ole miss offense had one first down and another by penalty. rebs had one nice offensive play, pass inside the LSU 20. The next three ole miss plays went for negative yardage. First down tigers stuff a run, -2 yards. Second down sack -11 yards. Third down sack -7 yards. Fourth down missed FG.

That was the ole miss offense in the fourth quarter.

I love how LSU fans are like "We had nothing to play for blah, blah." Sounds like your teach is full of little bitches. You really think your team gave up? You really think your coaches are bad enough to let the team quit, and not try? Give me a fricking break.

A) Your coaches have a hard time motivating their athletes and allowed them to quit and give up and negatively effect freshman playing on the team.

B) They didn't actually give up and struggled against inferior opposition such as Ole Miss.

C) They all did antler steroids before the game and were high out of their minds that they thought that giant crabs were chasing them, and still managed to beat Ole Miss.

Which is it?

I think when you have a team full of guys who haven't played in a game without national championship implications in nearly 3 years its hard to keep them motivated while they're just playing out the string, especially when a lot of them have the NFL to look forward to once the season is over.

It's the kind of thing that happens from time to time when a program is in championship or bust mode every season.

Ole Miss has beaten LSU only 3 times this century with only one of those wins happening in Oxford. I'd lay the money on LSU this year as well.

Some of these LSU posters are hilarious. Let me point some things out instead of their logics( derp, we are mighty and powerful tigers football gods ery year and I hate Ole Piss).
1. The game is in Oxford with a pumped up fan base
2. Last years game was in BR and LSU squeaked by due to the shithole our special teams was all season.
3. LSU loses 7 defense/3 offense starters. Their all-American/NFL padded Defense couldn't stop us at tiger stadium, what makes them think they can stop an offense that returns 9 starters and a defense that returns 9 starters at Vaught-Hemmingway?
4. Hugh Freeze>Les Miles. After watching Freeze go thru some growing pains and stupid calls in his first year at the Healm, I see a bright future for him whether he stays at ole miss(more likely) or goes to another program. Les Miles has so much talent and can't win important games. He plays down to his competition way too often. Freeze took no named kids, with horrible attitudes, and no team discipline and in one year made them a respectable SEC team that turned some heads. The team even made Nick Saban cry like a bitch to the media about Freeze's fast pace offense.
