Will Bryce Young’s ineptness cost JD5 in the draft?

Bryce Young has shown to be a very poopie quarterback but not as poopie as Mac Jones has been. Do you think Young’s poopieness will cause Jayden Daniels stock to be devalued?

The NFL will not consider Bryce Young when evaluating Jayden Daniels. They aren't remotely similar players.

BY is playing on a dogshit team.

Both had great careers in the SEC, both won the Heisman, both are fast, both from California. 1-1 against each other. Both skinny, both football smart.

So is CJ Stroud but he got that team in playoff contention.

BY is not a running quarterback at all. Daniels is 6-3, Young is generously 6-0. They are very different in how they play.

The Texans, while not great, are a better overall team than the Panthers. Decent defense, a not totally incompetent offensive line, some decent receivers, and a capable coach. The Panthers don’t have those things.

Trojan horse. The question is based on the false assumption that Bryce Young is inept. Therefore any answers that agree with this false assumption are tainted.

1-1 against each other.

A better thread would have been, "Bryce Young is terrible" because these two things have nothing to do with each other.

Joe Burrow went 2-7-1 his first year before getting injured. Since organizations don't matter, does that make CJ Stroud better than Joe Burrow?

He has been quite inept this season. Team record 1-10? What record would make this inept? 0-11? Panthers coach fired because BY inept!

They need to get you on NFL Network with this level of in-depth analysis
Both from california? That settles it. JD is a bust!

Just saw two mocks released yesterday that have JD going 6th and 10th.

CBS now has Jayden is number 2 overall pick. I am glad to see that that bum Bryce Young did not hurt Jayden’s draft status. JD5!

CJ Stroud leads the NFL in passing after 12 weeks and not only will he win offensive rookie of the year, but is in the MVP talk..... I have never heard of a rookie QB doing that.... It is unheard of . Yes, a better all around team than the panthers but let's not pretend Texas's OL is any good. It isn't. Their good in the run game and below average in pass protection. WR's are good, not great.

Anyone is going to look inept there. Carolina's biggest problem is David Tepper, and that problem isn't going away anytime soon.
