Since the football program is in a shambles
Doesn’t make sense to waste money on a dying program

I suppose they could just steal from a children's hospital and have enough money for both programs.

Bama already uses a sizable portion of our NIL to go towards Basketball. That’s partially why we haven’t built a new arena. The dudes cutting those kinds of checks were told Oats would rather have a war chest for basketball recruiting.
Bama has signed more 5 stars in basketball in the last 4 years than any team other than Kentucky and Duke.

Redirect?
Bama beefed up MBB NIL a while back, that's why they recruit on par with UK/Duke/NC, etc.

Unlike some other schools in the SEC Bama thinks more of children who need hospital care than to steal from them and force them back out on the street to beg for food and medicine.

Both collectives are in good shape.
Basketball currently has the number 3, 7 and 11 players by position in the nation committed.. According to Rivals, Bama's recruiting is 3 and transfer rank is 6. When the portal opens I'm sure Oats will buy a couple more.
As far as football Bama currently is ranked 7 by rivals with only 8 commits. The bad news for you is Saban wasn't totally into the portal but Deboer is. When the April window opens he plans to go shopping and trust me when I say that account is rather large.

So Bama is too poor to build a new arena or do improvements. Tsk tsk!! What a pity!

LSU is 1-1 against Bama since the new HC arrived. Bama is 0-0 against LSU since the new HC arrived and tGOAT retired.

That’s the problem with our country today
Young folks need to learn how to fend for themselves
