So one of Saban's department heads can't control one of his employees?
I guess not this one. I have heard that HaHa got his car broken into and got a bunch of stuff stolen and he wanted to replace it. S&C coach gave him some money to do it on the fly.
Now after the Fluker thing, compliance is all over the players and HaHa self reported this loan but showed he paid the coach back.

But I like to believe that Socrates had enough intellectual honesty to not ignore responses that didn't further his agenda of getting to a preconcieved answer.
Or maybe Socrates would be the biggest a-hole on the world wide web if the internet was around back them. The socratic method of flaming.

how many of the S&C coaches came directly from a high school before getting hired at Bama?
You got me. Do the research:
Scott Cochran, Head Strength and Conditioning Coach/Football
Terry Jones, Assistant Head Strength and Conditioning Coach
Rocky Colburn, Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach
Michelle Martin Diltz, Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach
Jonathan Farris, Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach
Jim Hamner, Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach
Corey Harris, Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach
Mark Hocke, Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach
Travis Illian, Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach
Kindal Moorehead, Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach
Lou DeNeen, Strength and Conditioning
Phelon Jones, Athletic Intern
Josh Hampton, Athletic Intern
I'm guessing not many.

Why was he on staff then?
To count out reps and spot players working out.
He is the S&C version of a Gus at Arkansas OC deal.

Are all 9 assistants as worthless? How many were former HS coaches/assistants/7on7 coaches who have a player that signed with Bama around the same time they were hired?
SHHHHH... They don't think anyone knows

I see exactly what you're doing with this thread & I love it. Your intent is going right over the bama fan's heads.

Yes, the key to Bama's dynasty has been the assistant strength coach.
Program is dead in the water without him.

Do you have any clue how many Strength and Conditioning coaches around the country would let you bang their wives to get a job like that at Alabama?
