Probably because they never won anything with other coaching staffs. The REC is all powerful.

And it pretty much was after the ‘92 ship. Up and down, or average = mediocrity.

after Bryant retired to the year Saban came to LSU. This excludes the 9 UA victories that some ncaa suit decided should be forfeited

LSU defined mediocrity

let's even include the Saban LSU years. This excludes the 30 victories for Alabama on the field that the ncaa decided they should forfeit or vacate.

Alabama still beats LSU
