Why would anyone ever take a QB on his 3rd or 4th team?

This new breed of transfer QBs who play for 3 or even 4 different teams, they are always absolutely awful. Like comple trainwrecks.
Why the hell would you ever take one of these proven failures?
I'd roll the dice on some recruit who's never had the chance, those have a better chance of working out.

Did he fail at Oregon State? Have no idea what he did out there. Thought he just moved because of Conference realignment.

JT Daniel is a good example. Starts at USC, transfers to UGA, transfers to WVU, transfers to Rice. Ouch

If a guy isn't clicking after 1 transfer, it should be a huge red flag. They actually paid DJU NIL money lol.

QB particularly. Unless under extraordinary circumstances it usually takes a couple years to win the following of your fellow players, not to mention mastering an offense to be able to execute against P4 defenses.

Difference for Ward is he wasn't transferring because he wasn't good enough. He kept transferring up because he was more talented than the spot he was in.
