11-14 (4-12) the last 2 seasons

Buyout is only 16 M

Sam Pittman is incredibly likeable IRL. That probably gave him a year that other coaches wouldn't get.

Probably this. I’m sure that they didn’t want to compete with A&M and possibly Florida for a coach. That would just drive the price up for them and lock them in to someone that they probably didn’t really want. Might as well ride another year with Pittman.

He may be a nice guy but he’s not too likeable currently for a majority of people.
