Why this Alabama team is the GOAT.

You can point to the stats, you can argue the competition, but at the end of the day there's one very simple reason why this team is the GOAT.

All chest, no quit.

This was a team filled with players who were determined to play every game, be on the field every play. No one quit on their team, no one was looking for loopholes to skip games. They went out, week after week, kids who could have easily said, "I'll be a millionaire next year so I'll skate by" instead said, "Screw that, I came here to play ball."

They dominated, and they dominated nearly every opponent they played, and not just because of talent - but because while so many others were looking for excuses to give up, these kids were looking for ways to get back on the field even when they didn't need to.

Yeah, this team won the most P5 games in a season ever.
Yeah, this team has more hardware than will likely ever be replicated.
At the end of the day though, this team played with heart and determination. They didn't talk shite, they didn't quit, and they didn't whine. They played the game.
