Not knocking them because I had A&M higher in the west than 4th place.

Teams usually go through a little bit of a rebuild after winning Titles, because a lot of great players left.

We are about to clean house with this staff, meanwhile where should I send the case of bud light for your aggy celebration?

We lost our 3 core team leaders and all of our pitching. Our one good pitcher we had come back has only pitched 3 games and is having TJ

I understand it's a rebuild and things will get better but I was a little surprised. As I said, I'm not hating because my Aggies should have done better IMO.

In an all fairness, Ole Miss (my team) wasn’t worth a shite all last season either before we captured lightning in a bottle at the very end just before it was too late. We are just making damn sure that can’t happen this year by being shitty in all phases of the game.

Seems to be a combination of things for State. Last year injuries to 4 pitcher’s derailed the season along with our Dave Kingman offense (.210 batting average, with 50 solo Home runs, and about 200 strikeouts).

This year, we have been terrible at pitching and defense. Offense has been decent at times.

While our recruiting has seemingly been good we just have not performed well. Obviously there is some hangover from winning the Natty.

As far as Ole Miss, they have had some injuries and then some players have just not met expectations.

It has left me puzzled to say the least. Obviously, I expected some drop off with State but the fact we have been getting destroyed this year is most disconcerting.

MSU’s staff sucks. They’ll can Lemonis and be back. OM really just hasn’t been that good in general outside of a tourney run last year. They’re usually more competitive than this though. Pitching is routinely terrible under Bianco.

Bianco's squads were known for great pitching and small ball once upon a time. Had some great pitching last year during the run.

Never seen an OM team this lifeless. Also, Butch Thompson has done a hell of a job this year. Lost a ton from CWS team and then the pitching injuries this year. Kind of remarkable the way he has AU playing

Right now we're rocket hot and I'd take us against anyone.

Can we keep it up?

Let wait until the game against Mizzou. Mizzou really need wins against Auburn. It all depends on if or when Mizzou clinches a spot for the SEC tournament.

Does this excuse work when you were the last team in and got hot?
