Indiana should be the #1 team since they have the only good win out of all the undefeated teams.

Sure sure. Why because they beat over ranked LS who?
Missouri has 0 even above average wins
Missouri has 0 even above average wins

And I’m certainly not saying OSU is going to win the national title 7 weeks into a season. But when SEC fans are propping up Missouri and Vandy as really tough games it means the top of the conference is weaker than the past
But, if Oregon, Indiana and OSU are ranked higher than most in the SEC, and other metrics are saying that the SEC top to bottom better than the B1G then the disparity has to come from somewhere, does it not? It would then have to come from the middle down part of the conference and that would be Vanderbilt and Missouri, would it not? If so, then they would be tough games. You either have to concede that the top teams of the B1G are overrated, or concede that the mid tier teams of the SEC are much better than mid tier teams of the B1G.
I think OSU deserves to be #1 and Indiana and Oregon are very good teams, too.
I think you are dismissing Missouri and Vanderbilt based off their past lack of success...but if you are going to do that, then you should do the same for Indiana and at least a bit for Oregon, shouldn't you?

Logic. Great argument.

Mizzou and Vandy would beat all teams in the big 10 not named Ohio State, Indiana or Oregon
I think some of you actually believe this which is the sad part

Ohio St season ticket holders must be dedicated to keep forking over money to watch those shite schedules.

I see our schedule as a detriment to our hopes of repeating.

Your average sidewalk fan doesn't care. They just but the merch of the winningest team. And that's Ohio State.

I mean, who else in the Big 10 is worth a shite this year?
Posted on 10/19/25 at 9:35 am to RelentlessTide
They would destroy bama this year.
Posted on 10/19/25 at 9:38 am to Buckeyeholic
Bama couldn’t even handle an away game at an 0 win conference Florida State team. People will whisper, they’ll make their jokes. Let them. They’re all so small I can’t even see them. I only see what matters.

Everyone complaining about OSU's easy schedule...why are they never quicky bounced because they are not battle tested like the SEC?
The truth is they face plenty of adversity and have completely dominated NIL and the results are on the field and in the playoffs.
They have a real shot at a dynasty unless someone else steps up and figures out NIL and the portal like they have.

It’s just funny bama forgets that big L they took at Florida state and had the audacity to point fingers lolol

Uh, is this a Clemson fan on here talking smack? If I was you, I would be somewhere mourning the dumpster-full-of-burning-bog-sludge that your once proud team has turned into.

Clemson can’t win in the ACC and Bama can’t either

This thread, yet again, reminds me why this SEC forum is in dire need of a very thorough Buckeye poster-purging. Gees...

He’s right. We would love to hear one good reason why anyone where thinks anyone in the SEC is any good. I mean Alabama lost to Florida State and it wasn’t close

Or try not to get your arse handed to you by Florida State.
Florida State would run the table with OSU's schedule... as would Vandy.
