Kansas football winning percentage is at 49%. Mizzou at 54%. Like I said, pretty close.

An all-time winning percentage difference of 5% means a lot in the rankings. In the case of Mizzou-KU, it means 25 spots (#62 vs. #87).

I won't argue with that, but facebook could have used an unofficial fan page that had 25x the likes then the one they actually used.
Could have used this-
LINK

Used this instead-
LINK

Now, is that a good representation of our BBall fan base at all? I think not.

Whatcha think, Trey? Where you at? Tell me that map isn't complete bullshite.

Oh really? Haha, liar.

KU get's half (at best) of the KC market and none of the STL market... but please tell me more about how KU brings the Missouri markets.

Is this where I insert the giant Bwahahaha emoticon?

Not sure if serious

KU gets 75-85% of the KC market. Mizzou might get 10%

Same applies for 2/3 of the Bama team.

According to Facebook, Mizzou basketball is a professional sports team.

Very legit indeed.

Total BS. You're already exposed as an alter and troll by this OP.

And his claim was KU got the Missouri markets, meaning STL too, which is just not true at all.

Kansas or Mizzou will deliver 100% of the cable subscriber fees in the KC metro.

It's not about ratings or market share.

It's about cable companies carrying the SEC network.

Get that through your dense skull.

Sounds like they wasted their money trying to make sure people in KC stayed interested in kU sports once Mizzou made the jump to the SEC.

This is Kansas City

But what you're forgetting is that KU (basketball) is a national brand and will deliver ratings from all over the country.

You think cable companies on the West Coast will add the SEC Network as part of their basic sports package because of Kansas basketball?

For reals, player?

No but Kansas basketball ratings will easily deliver high ratings in SEC country, much like Kentucky does.
