Is Oklahoma new to using the internet and running a scoreboard?

Is this awful directing, awful camera work, or both. This is terrible.

I had LSU going 1-2 this weekend but its tough to see this one play out. Felt like Jay over managed and LSU made some costly defensive mistakes.

I said coming into this weekend the Tigers had to take one but two would be nice. As for the managing aspect, I mean anytime something doesn’t work it’s easy to say it was over/under managed. Last night they tried to sac bunt Hernandez who ended up hitting a homer. Yet small ball allowed LSU to pull away down the stretch. No coach every going to have a 100% hit rate on the moves they make/don’t make especially in baseball.

I mean it’s one game in the SEC. Not going to sweep or win every series. Took game one on the road with a chance to take the series tomorrow.

Why would you call for a pitch anywhere near the zone up 0-2?

I can't stand him calling lsu baseball. Hard to listen to him. Miss the Hawthorne days

Too many times I will try to listen on the radio for things like inning, score, outs, situation and somehow he can go 20 minutes without saying any. Can’t even say whether or not I think he does a good job otherwise, need to be able to do the basics.

It was sad to see him go. I really enjoyed his coaching and his overall approach to the game while he was at LSU.

Not sure he could even define his approach. Never seen someone over and under coach at the same time till I watched him. Also never seen a head coach feel the need to ask his players what they did in high school because of his lack of awareness for what was on his own team. Todd Peterson/Helmers stories are a complete and utter embarrassment, yet he wore them like a badge of honor.

So his neck is fine now? It's really starting to look like he was pushed out and a health excuse was made up for him. Or he just got better.

Wonder if he will ask any pitchers if they played 3rd base 3 days before the season and start them opening day. Or allow any pitchers to hit after asking them if they hit in high school.

One would think punting and kicking would be easier to project at the next level. Your competition has no bearing on how well you kick/punt

I would think it would be a lot more difficult to predict. Kicking is 90% between the ears, can’t always predict how someone will react in those situations when the bright lights are on in an SEC stadium.

To be fair, the offense has been poor since Ole Miss. Only reason people were willing to ignore mediocre performances against South Carolina, Ole Miss, and Arkansas were because they were wins. Offense has been bad the entire year.

His only pull was underwood, now that it’s gone, he should be gone.

His lone value is gone. Recruiting secondary to the cash you can provide kids these days. Not sure if the recruiting aspect can be blamed on Sloan but this coupled with this putrid offense means it’s time to part ways.

Off the top of my head, in no particular order, 03 vs UGA, 00 vs Tenn, 22 vs Bama

First 3 I think of every time someone asks.

That cannon has been shot for YEARS.

False, and neither have the fireworks. Should get rid of both. Nothing like starting off a game and having to wait for the smoke to clear out of the way for 5 minutes to be able to see the game.
Anyone else get a request for this survey that is not able to be submitted? Have to love how open to constructive criticism they are to send out a survey you can’t respond to.

I’m not sure if it was Sloan or Kelly who made him go so conservative in the second half with the play calling.

I would say it is both of their faults. You know ‘alignment’ and all.
Nah, I as a season ticket holder complain about having these games at neutral site locations. Athletic department tacks on TAF Fees, seat fees, parking fees, increasing in pricing, awful concessions (on behalf of you guys, I don’t care), and bathrooms so small that I have to miss a quarter and a half to go take a leak. But hey, we are going to play in big matchups for the season opener 5 straight years with Clemson being next year, and on top of the way the athletic department drains our bank accounts without any incentive or improvements that enhance our experience, they prove it they have no respect for us by making us travel to the season opener 5 straight years (don’t care if one was NOLA, I wasn’t in my seats).

they are MUCH more disciplined when it comes to missing games due to drugs

If by ‘drugs’ you mean weed, well I would hope so since it just got taken off of the banned substance list for the NCAA. Also, failed drug test were punishments handled within the athletic department which is why our compliance department needed to go. Saban would have players going into the draft, never suspended, and it comes to light they failed 15 drug test. BK not suspending people for smoking weed doesn’t mean it didn’t happen, just means he turned a blind eye.

They were loading the box and LSU insisted to run the ball even though passing was workin.

This. Also we were running out 12 personnel and i guess we thought the defense wouldn’t realize we would be running the ball with 2 tight ends in. So they were putting 5/6 man pressure and allowing 8 to men to sit in the box.

That rule was scrapped years ago if I’m not mistaken. Also, Wing celebrated mid play, Lacy did it post play.

This is a significant issue for CBK…he claims analytics favors receiving the ball first…??

Yeah, thats a straight up lie if he claims that. Unless he shows me the data to back that up, that math doesn’t math.
