So UGA goes undefeated and dominates Florida, Auburn, A&M, and Vandy better than LSU. UGA loses another close one to Bama (in better fashion than LSU), and you still think LSU should get the nod without playing in the SECCG?
We're not getting 3 teams in.

If LSU beats Bama, do you think Bama gets a look at an at-large bid at 11-1? Let's say UGA wins, do you then take LSU over Bama as the 2nd SEC team?

LSU beats bama goes 12-0
Bama 11-1
Georgia 12-0

UGA wins the SECCG by less than 3 points and gets in. Then you have LSU and Bama at 12-1 and 11-1.

Who gets left out? LSU has the H2H, but do they really leave out the team that's made every playoff and is still 11-1? Does bama get in over LSU because their loss was more recent?

bullshite. Basketball will always be the ugly half sister to SEC football. Not our fault Kentucky sucks at football.

My point is that the playoff committee will look at the entire season to decide.

UGA shares 4 common opponents with both LSU and Bama (5 counting the SECCG). Assuming the west wins the SECCG, I dont presume that the team from the west who was home during the SECCG to automatically get the nod ahead of UGA.
How those 5 games play out will have an impact. First mutual opponent is Vandy this week for you.

Defensive line, young secondary, and injuries already beginning to mount especially among the receiving corps. Other than that...

You have more talent than anyone in the country and it is not close. Plus a 3-yr starter at QB. If Kirby effs this up, he should be fired. UGA should cruise to the natty with that roster. Like an NFL team. There is not one player on Auburn's roster, save Derrick Brown, that would start for Georgia.

No one cares about week 3 rankings.

LSU looks really, really good so far.

So far the offense looks great, almost hard to believe I’m watching LSU. We have plenty to work on though, defense really needs to work out their issues and we need to show that we still know how to run the ball. This team is very exciting to watch and I’m just enjoying each game one at a time.

Probably because they can actually make it to the SECCG where L8U hasn't been able to find their way there in a decade.

There is the key. Enjoy the season as it unfolds. Each and every game one at a time.
