I stand corrected, Tennessee was 17-18-1 against Bama before Bear. Tennessee supposedly has a bunch of pre-50s NCs, so maybe they were equals as programs though

If the gumps ever lost two in a row to Tennessee they would cry and the SEC would finally do the right thing and go to a rotating schedule. Until that happens, Bama will want that easy W every year. So it’s up to you Orange.

I always liked Tennessee too, probably my favorite eastern div team; but it's hard to care when y'all stopped beating my two least favorite teams (UF and UA) so long ago

This is a good point. Georgia wants to act like it’s a legitimate rivalry that means something. No, it’s a free win every season that you hide behind.

This reminds me of another interesting fact. Georgia and Tennessee’s last wins against Bama were during Bush’s presidency.

The ‘15 Ole Miss team was the best team they’ve had in decades. Bama still went to the playoffs after both losses to Ole Miss and won the natty in ‘15. The difference is Hugh Freeze is a good coach. Jones isn’t. Nice try to change the subject though.

Yeah, a topic about UT and UA was brought up by a UGA fan to try to throw shade at Bama; therefore, I pointed out that you should be more concerned about Georgia beating SC and TN. Then, you toss out Ole Miss wins against Bama like that has anything to do with UT, UA, or UGA. Just remember this year’s freshmen hadn’t started kindergarten the last time Georgia beat Bama.
