Your new coach seems likeable enough, but the shame is that your former starting quarterback departs like a pied piper out of town and up to Michigan, with a trail of other players following him... I for one kinda feel sorry for your new coach inheriting team with such depleted talent, and what suddenly seems as a true start-over from scratch?

I see people saying they like him, he's decent and hope he does well.
That usually means you hired a shitty coach.
Ideally you want people to say your coach is overrated and he'll never amount to anything. That's how you know they're scared.
