I like the guy. He picked up where Hugh Freeze left off and has been a wonderful friend and ally to Arkansas. As utterly miserable as the Bielema Error was Ole Miss came through year after year for us big time.

I hope he does well. I don't really give 2 shits about the Ole Miss program but he seems like a good dude getting a chance to help his alma mater in a win/win situation in so much as you can make a win/win situation out of the Freeze debacle. He gets to cut his teeth in an SEC head coaching position he wouldn't otherwise have, and Ole Miss gets a low price but all-in enthusiastic hire while pulling itself out from under the sanctions.

I like the fact that Ole Miss retained him. He's Ole Miss legacy royalty and he'll work hard to righten the ship and get past the sanctions. I believe he could be there for awhile and will do relatively well in the process.
