If he interviews like he looks I’m sure schools pass on him as soon as he leaves the room.

it's been documented many times that Venables has been asked to interview for HC positions MANY times (Kansas State did ask him to come interview this year..

So why not just post a link?

I post on the GoEmaw board occasionally and they’ve always said for years that Venables would never be an option for KState because of a past incident.

Once again if it's so "well known" shouldn't it be easy
enough to find on the interwebs?

You DO know how to post a link, correct?

You do understand that Coach Donahue left Bama when Ray Perkins replace Coach Bryant. Ken had one great year at 10RC and was fired the next year.

That's not relevant to my point. My point was that Donahue stayed an assistant coach for 38 years, and there's no way he didn't get some feelers to be a head coach somewhere along the way, but he chose to stay a working coach.

There are some football coaches who (a.) don't want to be a head coach; and (b.) probably shouldn't be a head coach. I don't know if that applies to Venables, but if it does more power to him, he's doing OK for himself.
