It isn't hurting anybody all that much to have a couple of college games on Friday night. Most states it would be one Friday a season that one of their big time teams would be on TV on Friday night.

Greatest "historical" rivalry in sports though. Nothing is even close.
And the crazy thing about Kansas back in the day was that not only were Kansas and Missouri going at it... In western and central Kansas the settlers and the army had their hands full fighting the Cheyenne, Kiowa, Sioux and sometimes even the Osage, Kansa and Pawnee.
Living in Kansas in those days was not for the faint of heart.

Weekday games draw a ton of viewers..they can charge a ton for commercial slots. So they will not be going away...make to much. Also, it is fine with me..just another night to watch Football..Sat, Sun, Thurs, Mon, Friday...that is more days with Football then without it a week. I like that....a ton. Do not think I have ever got tired of watching Football games.
