Wife went to school for a couple of years and I drill in Clemson. Parts of the University is nice but Clemson (town) in general looks shitty and there is nothing special about it.

Ok, I like the way it looks more than Athens or Tuscaloosa. I'm pretty sure I never described downtown Clemson as 'special' though. lol It is just restaurants, retail, student housing, bars, etc.
It does have an old school look, which I think it part of the appeal.
I thought you were an Alabama sidewalk so I'm confused about your UGA avatar.

Never mentioned or posted that I am a Alabama fan.

You can see the top of the Blue Ridge mountains in this pic, this is a little down the hill from Tillman.
You def. won't see them on a cloudy day, even out on lake Hartwell or the dikes.

Think the OP is trolling but I will respond with an analogy.
Let’s say you’re dating the hottest woman you’ve ever been with and one of the top 2-3 that you even know (and the 1-2 who might be better are married and wouldn’t want you even if they weren’t) and there’s no way you can do better than her. No way. She’s the coolest, best looking woman you’ll ever have and she’s also a perfect fit for you. Only issue at all is she has a studly ex-boyfriend that is deployed overseas but is coming back in three months. When he returns, she is going to decide between you and the ex. When she does, it will be a clear decision one way or another. No cheating, no mixed signals, no drama, etc. She will be either 100% committed to you or the other guy forever. No grey area. Total commitment or a clean break. But the more she’s around you and the more fun you have before the ex returns the more likely you are to keep her.
In that situation, wouldn’t you just keep tapping it and having fun for the next three months, keep your emotions in check, and then hope for the best when she decides?
