Why does CBS NOT have Diversity

Many times they have four black males on their studio show. I thought this country was about Diversity. Make Studio shows Diverse and Great Again.

Just like white people make up the majority of the population, black people make up the majority of basketball players with the clout to discuss and analyze these games. It's numbers game. That said, I wouldn't have noticed if you hadn't pointed it out. I'm more concerned with how they sound and what they're saying more so than what they look like. Dorris Burke or Kara Lawson could go be on here for all I care. They're both excellent analysts.

I really have no problem with this most star players are black and those guys become analysts later on, plus black guys seem to play off each other in an entertaining fashion, as in Chuck, keeny and shaq

It is a bit ridiculous with how much affirmative action and EO there is for universities, yet does not apply to the teams.
I will counter myself and say that diversity - for the sake of minority benefit is dumb - but everything should be decided who is best. This would apply to sports.
