You really think you have as much talent as everyone but 4 teams you are playing? Jesus Christ. Try watching the games and stop looking at recruiting rankings, which are extremely inaccurate once you get into the level of rankings at which you are comparing. Also, maybe consider the fact that one of your classes completely transferred out of your school and you have not recruited team needs for about half a decade now. You have the worst or 2nd worst roster in the SEC and you will be lucky to win more than 4 games.

Mullen chose Fields over Corral and whiffed on both.

And uh wound up with Emory who we absolutely preferred to Corral.

Well I would say developing QBs isn’t a strong suit considering all of those guys were Jucos and transfers except Corral.

Yeah you’re right. Bo Wallace was a top 5 SEC QB caliber talent leaving juco. Same with Chad Kelly. Same with Jordan Ta’amu.

These guys all had no other real power five offers. They had to be coached up. Bo Wallace beat Bama because he was coached well. Not because he was more talented than bama’s defense.

Stars? Do you need a dictionary or something? Only one of the guys you listed was drafted and that was with the last pick in the draft. None of them were considered to be the top Qb in the conference during their time at ole miss. Serviceable? Yes. Good? Sure. But stars? Maybe in your mind and that’s about it. Still waiting for you to answer my question about HS QBs. Ole miss hasn’t actually completely developed a Qb in a long long time.

hands down the worst take of the 2019 offseason. Congrats

Ole Miss having to break in two new coordinators on both sides of the ball will be tough. I do expect Ole Moss to be a better team but they’re going to be learning pains for sure.

Yes there will be growing pains but man our old coordinators were awful especially on the defensive side.

let's face it, OM should be better because they haven't been coached in 3 years. At least there are legit football coaches on the sidelines now

this is the one thing that makes me curious going into the season. I remember the difference in the team during Freeze year 1 versus Nutts last season, and it made for an exciting season. im hoping for similar results this season as well.

I think Corral has the potential to be very good. He has one of the strongest arms in the country. In the Elite 11, there's a segment of the class doing a long toss drill. He threw it 80 yards, flying Trevor Lawrence by 3-4.

Matt Corral should be thanking Braxton Hoyette daily for saving his life in last year's Egg Bowl.

No, I don't swing that way.

I do think he's a massive douchebag, due to some personal interactions as well as some anecdotes I've heard. I don't expect it to end well, but I can understand why you guys are optimistic.

No one cares. The amount of transfers who have gone on to start has been pretty remarkable. I guess Nutt and Freeze prioritized finding transfer qbs instead of HS?

Ole Miss has put more offensive players in the league since 2017 than Mississippi State has this millennium.
