I appreciate a good troll and feel it necessary to call out the bad ones.

I don't want to, but someone has to let them know they need better material.

That's all I'm attempting here.

I am 100% convinced if LF tears it up in the NFL, Alabama fans will probably cry like little bitches all over this board and make threads regarding his performances against Alabama ad-nauseum for the duration of his career.

And LSU fans will want to retroactively present him with the Heisman and some championship trophies.

These threads are making fun of fans that started endless threads about LF's greatness, shoein for Heisman and multiple championships. Nothing more, nothing less.

Had he gotten to play the McNease game he would hold the single season SEC rushing record.

Why these threads keep appearing is simply to troll.

Just like females with OCD choose nursing for an excuse to wash their hands all day. Embrace your obsession. Denial is a weak defense mechanism.

Mostly because he chose LSU over bama, so they have to make it seem like he was the best player ever instead just another good college RB.

We just love the guy. Always will.

If he had not gotten hurt in pre-season practice, whole season could have been different.

Given the well-noted success of LSU players in the NFL, what from previous or even the current season gives you any indication of this happening?

Not going to read through pages of this thread, but as noted earlier, LSU fans know his family history with regards to Hurricane Katrina & appreciate the hard work it took to get from there to where he is now, poised to be a first round draft pick. He & his family were reduced to sleeping under an over pass at one point post hurricane. LSU fans can relate to what Katrina did to this state & a lot of the population.

Creating a thread asking why fans of a college football team defend one of their great players = making fun. That sounds like some autistic logic.

On behalf of all LSU fans, I'd like to apologize to all SEC fans for being subject to the countless amount threads from LSU fans, many of which are/were probably dumb, on this LSU site with thousands of LSU fans on it.

And the bolded part is why some Alabama fans will not be happy unless the young man is a complete wash out.

It is sad. Kid never did anything to bring shame to LSU. Played hurt most of the year. But within seconds of him announcing he would not play in bowl--- an Alabama poster on here had a thread about it calling him a quitter.

The sheer pettiness of some of the spoiled bama posters here... Alabama is on top of the world right now, yet still have to throw out jabs at the guy who did not sign with them.

Why would your mom put a bagged lunch with my name on it in her fridge?

Yeah, generally some gump starts a silly, redundant jealousy thread and when it fails, claims it was a troll.

He led the sec in all purpose yards as a true freshman and followed it up by having the 2nd best rushing season in sec history. 162.8 yards per game(only bested by Walker in 1981 with 171 yards per game)

Became the 1st sec rb since 1949 to lead the ncaa in rushing.

Why are Bama fans so obsessed with trying to diminish Fournette is the better question. The answer is as obvious as if someone answered your idiotic OP at face value.
