JPW is my cousin (distant) and I wouldn't have been upset to attend a funeral after that game. I have 3 cousins that have played for Bama. I hate those family reunions.

Because Tiger Stadium is overrated AF. Its no louder than any other Big 6 stadium. Bama has a winning record in every SEC stadium except for JH

How many coaches have beaten Nick Saban more than once since he's been at Alabama?

The weird thing about the LSU- Alabama rivalry is that I feel like the better team in the game seems to lose more often than not over the past few years. LSU clearly outplayed Bama in 2012 and 2014 yet they lost both games. In the 2011 regular season contest, Bama was the better team and had a lot more scoring opportunities but somehow blew that game. It just seems like all kinds of crazy stuff happens that causes the home team to lose the majority of the time.

Don't forget UT 05 in a night home game. (that was a bad UT team against a very good LSU team too)
Hmmmm, it was almost like there was some natural disaster that was the biggest in US history that hit south La causing LSU to have to pack up and go play AT Arizona St on a whim, take in 10-15 family members, miss practice for a week, and play on a Monday night happened or something

Then he lost in New Orleans...

Correct, and Urban just became the 2nd last season.

So why is this a thread again?

Tooted your horn about Saban's first season at UA?

And 9-6 couldn't be any more irrelevant.

Golly Gee Whiz, 4340, don't you agree that the best program of all time can do that to folks to the tune of 18-4. Of course, the 14 in a row is the incredible part, as that run ended in '98. The Tigers and Tide are 4-4 in the last 8 in BR. It should also be noted while discussing impressive records on the road, that LSU is 12-11 at 'Bama since 1970, including winning 6 of the past 9 on the road. Doubt any other SEC schools have that record in the same time frame.

So nothing to do with Jennings completing 30% for 76 yards?

Chavis couldn't coach the offensive too
