Internet doesn't exist yet in most of South Florida.

You know how I can tell you haven't been out of your swamp shack very often?

SEC East teams in general aren't well represented. Oddly enough it seems like Missouri has the most regular posters.

(Honestly will answer your question.)
Because most UF fans on many UF MSB's like GatorCountry, GatorSports, 247, etc... get pissed off really quickly and bicker among themselves ALOT.
Any UF poster on here who posts regularly knows what I'm talking about.
I've never seen a fanbase bicker amonsgst themselves like UF fans, and yes, that includes TigerRant.
If most UF fans on those boards came to post on here, they would be banned within a week.

East hasn't won a title since '08. You do the math.

I would agree with that

UF is probably tougher to get into then Vandy these days. The admission standards are so high these days that people with 4.0's are getting rejected.
With this high standard there has been a noticeable decline in rabid fans. Most students at UF these days are nerds. They don't get that loud at sporting events, usually get pissed if someone even stands up and cheers and usually leave games early to go home and study.
When I went to UF it was the #1 party school voted by Playboy year after year. Now a days? Please, the amount of hot woman has been in steady decline for the last 20 years now. All the fine woman are now at USF, UCF, FIU, FAU, FSU, etc. They can't even sniff getting in UF today.

I blame a big part of this on Mizzou's home board. I tried to read that back during realignment and it was like stepping back into a BBS from the 80's and the colors made you go blind.

Say what you want about the TB's format. A lot of people really prefer it because it's more like a chat than anything else.
There's no stupid thread bumps, and if there's a topic that keeps coming up, it can be discussed and then it moves down the page.
I don't hang out on the FB board there much because the people tend to be drama queens, but I really don't mind the old school format on the other parts of the board.

Easy answer? It's called the bandwagon.
Just wait to Florida brings home another SEC title.
You'll wish for the good ole days.

Vanderbilt is still harder to get into, but I agree.
I transferred to UF last fall after 2 years of JC. Heck, thats the ONLY way I would've got into UF. Had I applied right out of high school, I would've got laughed at.
I was smart in high school, but pretty lazy, and slacked off big time in my junior, and especially senior year.
My grades took a sharp nose dive. Plus, family moved a couple times, so I decided to go to JC, and take the transfer route.
But yes, to your point, high school graduates with 4.0 straight all 4 years are getting rejected from UF.

You dumb head. There's 11 players on offense.
Finish the lead up so the punch line makes sense.
