I discovered softball Twitter this week through retweets and that world is wild. So many players just openly talking shite about each other. It’s crazy.

Not really. Couldn't hit. If it wasnt for Montana Fouts this team would have been Murphys worst. His recruiting has slacked in recent years.

Keeping Fouts likely saved Murphy's job, for now.
Rumor mill is that the team has divided into team Fouts and team anti-Fouts. Seems she is a diva. Lots in the transfer portal, including a couple of great players.
Fanbase isn't happy that the girl that transferred to Arkansas had such a great season and led Arkansas to SEC title and Super Regional. State making a Super Regional doesn't help either, as they are battling for some recruits.

What?
Alabama had not missed the super regional round in its existence until this year. State making it plays no role in Murphy’s hot seat. A downward trend and player mutiny does.
