You have a very low threshold for amazement, cochise.

So you admit you’re a sap and at least a little weird, if not obsessed, given how much time you spend here.

Clemson defense is definitely in transition. A&M has a shot.

Lawrence looks like the best QB in the last half decade, can’t believe we let another one get out of the state.

He had 9 attempts in that game.

He averaged 29 attempts in the 13 games following.

And on his 9 vs A&N he had 100 yards and a TD.

Almost all of his yards came on one play where the DB misplayed the ball. He really didn't look good. A&M would have won that game if Bryant had already left.

(And, just to be clear, would probably have won except for a bullshite touchback call. And pretty clearly outplayed Clemson for most of the game.)

Obsessed?

I enjoy good comedy as much as anybody else. That's why I come here.

Can the mods PLEASE so something about these Big 12 trolls?

(For the record, I still blame you, Georgia.)

It’s amazing how much time you two saps spend on this website considering you have literally no connection to the SEC.

Or my grandfather was on Neyland's staff, cousin in the Georgia AD & two nephews won NC's in the SEC.

As for the Sooner.. maybe he just likes college football talk and/or reminding aggy how you can run, but you can't hide from a dusty trophy case.

It’s really just the group of ranters here. The other realistic quiet majority know football and are cautiously optimistic.

Which has dick to do with the question in the OP.

He's here because he is so buttfricking obsessed with Aggy that he can leave his trailerpark because he's gotta get on The Rant and see what we're talking about.

But, back to the original OP, do you have anything to say about that or are you going to stand by your off-topic trolling bullshite....AGAIN??

I see that opinion a lot (mainly from Alabama fans). That Lawrence just threw jump balls that were misplayed by the defender.

Tee Higgins is 6’4”. He makes it a pure jump ball knowing his WR has a size advantage. That’s not a fluke, that is placement and timing with his WR.

And that was his first road game ever.

Except if you'll actually look at the gif you just posted, you will see that the DB, had he found the ball in the air, could have very easily knocked it away.

Oh, sure. He's tons better now. That's beside my point.

But, not when Johnny throws it to Mike Evans, right?

I was gonna say that the GIF proves the point exactly.

That’s what I said about timing. He throws it once he knows the DB has turned and Higgins waits till the last second to play it.

If he floats it too much - the safety can help.
If he throws it early - the DB hasn’t turned.

It’s textbook. And I say that as a former NFL quarterback.

It will be another close game b/c of the Dabo / Jimbo familiarity factor. I think Jimbo caught Venebles off guard last year for certain. Not sure if he can again as I’ve never seen Brent dogged twice by anyone.

Texas only had 74 yards rushing, 2.2 per carry.

Kind of hard to say you outplayed Clemson if you couldn't run the ball at home.
