I’ll leave that open to discussion. Cause I’m not sure (secretly I’m sure). But let’s hear your thoughts.

Kirby is a solid top 5 but no way in the world he's better than Coach Prime.. just ask Prime he'll tell you.

The best coach is the one that wins it all with the least talent. There are several great coaches with loaded rosters. But in the game of loaded rosters, no one has done more than St. Nick imo.

Nick Saban. Has been for almost 2 decades. His record won’t be topped for the foreseeable future, either.

Is this a serious question?

ETA: Saban’s coaching tree is absolutely insane, as well.

Perhaps back in the day. Talent levels have gone so nuclear that recruiting has become a reason why you are the best coach. In college you have to be able to recruit or you can’t scheme your way past mid field.

Kirby started young and has already won more than most coaches. There is a chance he will one day rival or exceed Saban's accomplishments. He is a virtual clone of Saban in regards to how they build a team and prepare for a game. But to suggest Kirby is presently better is laughable.

So who’s won it all with least amount of talent? My vote for this is Gene Chizik
