LOL... comparing losses...they had the same record. I know you're new but, west teams usually play in cotton Bowl. Look up the stats from that game. I bet UF had 150 yards of offense. They both lost and since QB is so much more important, that's not saying much for JFF.
Btw. JFF joins Stephen Garcia and Jordan Jefferson? As qb's that beat a #1 bama team......and won nothing. At least Garcia got to ATL.

won nothing... kind of like Clowney?
The question on Manziel is if he can repeat.
And that's a legitimate question.
But if Manziel was just a running back who ran for 1400+ yards and 21 rushing TDs, I would take him over a defensive end. (that's more rushing TDs than half of the conference).

I think Clowney is a little overrated, Damontre had a better season...

Manziel easily.
I remember when Matt Jones played at Ark. and I couldnt wait to see him turn a busted play into a highlight film. Manziel is Jones on steroids and in addition he is quicker and is a much better passer. I'm jealous as a mofo of the Ags.

Dude I know. But someone said with JFF and without Clowney that we cruise to the NC. My point was JFF lost to the same teams with A&M , so why would he beat them with a not as good offense with about the same caliber defense if he was at SC. Our defense without clowney would be about what A&M was... so please explain....

Easy way to solve this debate is to take a look at all the shitty qbs that have won titles......so the answer is Clowney, easily

Manziel. Touches the ball every play on offense.

Manziel. Both are at their peak but JFF has every play go through him.

Look at all the even shittier DE's that have won titles?
Posted on 5/22/13 at 9:43 pm to MontyFranklyn
Are you saying that shitty DE's havent won titles?

Manziel.
You can only do so much from the DE position. And everyone knows this.
The only reason people are voting for Clowney is because Manziel comes from one of the "pledge" schools.

If Clowney hadn't had the monster hit in the Michigan game, nobody would be saying shite about him. He had an average season for a football freak.
