Hugh Freeze.
Freeze gives South Carolina the best/immediate chance to get a win in the USC/CU blood feud when it resumes in 2021.
Freeze is good/proven enough. he could have a quick impact for USC in the series much like Spurrier did evening things out, including 5 straight wins.
Freeze has also done something DSweenie couldn't - coach Chad Kelly.

That's just Liberty making sure that they get paid a little extra at the end of the season when Freeze heads elsewhere.
That is why South Carolina would have to pay Liberty and Will Muschamp to get Freeze!

You'd think they would at least go to Coastal Carolina and interview that guy. I don't know much about that program, but he's obviously done up phenomenal job over there.

I will fricking quit the Gamecocks forever if they do that. Because if your baseball coach didn't make a good AD, surely your basketball coach will.
I'd say it's ludicrous and no way we'd consider doing that....but it's us.

McElwain is actually doing pretty good at CMU. He didn't do terribly at Florida, he just wasn't quite making full use of their advantages.

No doubt at all you gotta go Hugh Freeze. He’s a legit top 10 college coach and he just fits like a glove to SC. If I was a fan I’d be irate if they let him slip away.
