Winston. Dude can throw that pig skin a quarter mile. If coach had put him in in the 4th quarter, they'd have took state...I just know it.

Winston with aTm has a losing record...and JFF against those D's in the ACC throws 6 TDs a game

Plus what JFF did to this defense is even more ridiculous considering what our total defense stats look like right now.

I think JFF has a few more marquee games left to win it back. If Mizzou still has 1 loss when they play that game could be huge for his chances.

JFF, I would much rather reward the best player in college football than give it to a good, not great, player on a top team. If AJ wins it will be the biggest crock of shite since Jason White won it over Larry Fitzgerald

I don't agree with it, but that is how it is right now

I'm thinking AJ enjoys a late surge after a dominating IB and rekindled media love affair. Saban may start campaigning some too which wont hurt.
I think the Heisman voters may be reluctant to give it to another freshman after the JFF Summer of Trouble. Not that JW is capable of the douchbaggery that JFF is, he seems like a really good kid, but I think it's enough to sway the votes to AJ. It will be close but I belive they give it to AJ.

Yep and in AJ's last 2 games against BETTER competition he has 5 TDs 0 INTs

Winston is pimped by the media services and he has had some good games but he was atrocious against Wake Forest this weekend, but people continue to praise him only because its FSU and they are undefeated

Winston on TAMU- Would have a losing record

JFF on Florida State- Undefeated and throw more touchdowns than Winston would

JFF, but because voters think wins and losses have something to do with the award, it will go to Jameis. Also, all the offseason crap hurt him with voters, whether he or aTm fans want to believe it or not.

JFF deserves it this yr over AJ but a senior with as many losses as NC's is quite impressive Cherokee you must admit

Manziel should win it, but he isn't helping himself with the INT's.

You can blame the defense so much, but I think the INT's are a bigger problem.

If A&M wins out over LSU and Mizzou, I think it's even money he wins it again.

Hell AJ went 30 TD's to 3 INT's last season, but this is because he is game manager.

Except every time I heard Mariota and now Bryce Petty being brought up for the award people talk about how they haven't thrown any picks all season.

The double standard when it comes to this stuff is ridiculous.

who knows what what have happened in the game or the outcome, but the SEC did JFF no favors by scheduling Bama so early in the season.
Now if LSU was worth a damn, this could be his Heisman game, but no matter what he does in two weeks, I'm not sure if the will earn enough merit.

It was never my intention to suggest that I was not impressed with him, he has one helluva resume but the Heisman isn't a "career" award.
