Who will feel more heat next Sunday morning?

Gus or Miles?
If Gus loses Auburn is 1-3 and will still have games with Alabama, Ole Miss, Arky and UGA. Likely to finish 6-6, 7-5 at best.
If LSU loses, our season is pretty much a wrap. If you can't go on the road and beat a bad Auburn team then there won't be much hope with games left at UF, Arky and A&M and then of course Bama.
Whoever loses this game pretty much has one foot out the door going forward

Is either fanbase hoping for a loss to expedite the process?

I think whichever coach loses this game will not be coaching them next season. Got a bad feeling it will be Gustav.

Gus is under contract through 2020, so you almost can't fire him this season.

Gus' buyout as per al.com
So, y'all would owe Gus about ten million dollars. That's a lot of scratch considering their money you'd also have to pay the new coach. I think Gus stays another year no matter what.

Malzahn would be owed $2,237,500 per year remaining on his contract if Auburn were to part ways with him.

Gus will be like 0-8 at home by that point. Kevin Steele will not stop LF7 with LSU having a QB.

Before we count chickens, Auburns D held A&M to 5 field goals and their offense is much better than ours. Not to mention our kicking game is terrible. They don't even try to block for Delahoussaye

LSU v Auburn may be the first tackle football game in which the fans of said teams openly root for the opponent.

Bama lost to Ole Miss in its first SEC game last year. I just don't know why LSU fans would be so quick to give up.
Weird things happen. See Auburn 2013.

The correct answer is Bret Bielema.

Jordan-Hare isn't exactly a place we've had much success.

Yeah keep that confidence high. We aren't any good, but neither are you.

Y'all are underestimating how good Auburns defense is.
