Alabama will most likely struggle on offense next year, but Saban will figure it out

It will certainly be a work in progress to start the season

We return 2 starters (Neal, Ekiyor) and another player who started both playoff games for Dickerson and has played a lot of football over his 5 years (Chris Owens).

Not enough for LSU to win that game, just to answer your real hidden question

Do they really ever 'struggle' on either side of the ball? I mean their defense wasn't up to usual standards in 2019, but they were still a top team.

I would say we are returning 3/5 starters at this point.

Biggest question is how will Bryce do, and who steps up to be that guy with Metchie

Should've said growing pains, I thought I implied that they will settle in, my bad.

Worst Saban defense since 2007 at Alabama.

I know they lose a lot on the offensive line.....but then look at their OL haul of incoming freshman. The line will be just fine.

Really depends on Bryce Young and the new Offensive Coordinator in my opinion.

I think the Oline, RB, and WR rooms are ready for the next guys to step up, but in today's college football so much depends on the QB and OC so we will see.

The defense should keep games in reach though if the offense struggles early.

Those 2 stud OTs we signed might find some early playing time, but should be good on online. Hard to say we won't step back a bit from what turned out to be one of our best olines ever. Young's mobility should help out the online until it gets. Should be set at qb, rb, te. The question is which of the 5 star freshman wrs is going to step up. Metchie is our move the chains guy (bolden is that guy too, just gotta hang onto the ball), we need a burner in the slot,so earle seems like a good candidate. We have some bigger wrs coming in than we typically have, so might be doing more of that jump ball stuff on the sideline. We should have a good mix of experience, size, speed, and talent. I imagine the offense will change a bit back to the rpo heavy looks of tua's time, I just hope we keep some of last years calls

We should be really good on defense

Does it matter how much we’ll lose when we run the SEC again? Talking about roster turnover is getting old

I've never worried less about Alabama's NFL losses. Recruiting has been so good the next class is probably better than the outgoing class - and that class won 2 BCSNCs. How scarry is that?
