Kyle Allen is pretty terrible

Chavis will correct his throwing motion.
And still have time to coach the best defense ever and broker the merger between MSNBC and Fox.
All before directing our efforts against ISIS in Syria and Iraq.
Of this, Aggie is certain.

Kyle Allen has had 9 months to learn more about his offense. He was a true freshman during the game we're both watching. It was his fourth start. We're not too worried about him.

We have another true freshman QB named Kyler Murray. Whereas Kyle Allen was the nation's number 1 rated pro style quarterback coming out of high school, Kyler Murray was the nation's number 1 rated dual threat quarterback coming out of high school. Again, we aren't too worried about our QB's.

Then we have a third guy who tore it up on the JUCO level with numbers that are absolutely staggering. But hopefully that's neither here nor there.

As someone else has said you guys DID have an awesome defensive plan for the game in question. Maybe we could trade you one of our QBs for your Defensive Coordinator?

Oh, wait. Never mind. All is well...

Thanks for the actual update. I hope one of those guys pans out for you. I have been told here over and over that QBs don't improve in the SEC from year to year, so I would go ahead and scratch Allen and hope that the redhead or whoever can step up.

Any aggy want to make a thread like this and see how long the LSU admins let it stay?

What are you talking about? I am watching Allen play and am commenting on how bad he is. He just threw a duck for an interception at the close of the game. THIS is the guy you are pinning your hopes on?

A&M fans have told us all year how terrible LSU's QBs are. I don't recall any of those threads being wacked.

Pretty sure Allen will be getting the start. It's his second year in the system and his job to lose. Many (if not all) of us are hoping that there are some packages in place for Kyler Murray. He is a quick little dancing dart of a runner who, like Allen, can hit a dime from 40 yards. He's quicker and definitely faster than Manziel. If he stays healthy and wise then he will be a superstar.

Your defense is a major pita for any passing quarterback. Manziel looked merely decent and then terrible against y'all, as well. I'm not too worried about Kyle Allen based on how he looked against LSU last year. He looked great against Auburn and West Virginia and good against Missouri. That's all we have to go on, so far. If he can't hack it we'll go to the next guy. Quarterback is NOT an issue. We need DBs and Linebackers.

Perhaps you should look up the difference between fiction and non-fiction.

We have a whole lot of very young talent that we are very confident about. Awful nice of you to be so concerned for us though. Bless your heart.

Yeah that defense did look good in that game. Great game plan and execution from LSU

Up until the 4th quarter Chavis defense set in. If the WR catches the ball late in the 4th that Collins picks off, it's another blown lead by Chavis.

lsufan is so precious with their blaming Chavis for their inability to score

LSU played man to man for the 1st 3 quarters and shut A&M down. Switched to a zone in the 4th and A&M started walking down the field. Keep pretending like he isn't a liability late in games.

Yeah, let's go ahead and overlook how taxing playing man-to-man is for a full game. Chavis HAD to switch to a zone because it was obvious his side would run flat out of gas thanks to your offense's ineptitude against the WORST defense in the SEC.

Jesus, are all y'all lsufans this stupid about the game of football or is it just your dumbass?

We plan on having big enough leads that Chavis can play prevent in the 3rd.

ALWAYS having a SLIM lead in the 4th quarter is a liability. you guys actually win more close games than not.

offenses also get a lot more aggresive when theyre down in the 4th quarter (lsu may be an exception, lol) and it only takes one wrong move for the other team to score 6 real quick. zone doesnt necessarily mean "prevent".

if i didnt know any better, id say it looked like chavis didnt have much input on the offensive side of the ball. I know thats not true, since he ran the offense too.
